1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be in new, unused, and undamaged condition;
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags;
- Be returned in the same condition as received.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods;
- Personalized or custom-made items;
- Health, hygiene, or personal care products;
- Gift cards or digital goods (if applicable).
3. Return Costs
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Change of mind or incorrect selection: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind), the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Refunds or replacements for lost packages may only be issued after the carrier completes its investigation and confirms the loss.
8. Order Cancellations
You may request an order cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order. After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, you may return the item following our return process once it arrives.
